When I Rise Baking Co. is your local sourdough bakery, providing fresh sourdough bread & other sourdough baked goods to our community. Our bread is available by pre-order and at various retail locations in the area.
As a home bakery, we do not have a storefront. Instead, we offer easy, contactless pick-up at the Bread Box, located outside Coffee Connections in Hilliard (4004 Main Street, Hilliard, OH). Pick-up is currently available 1-2 times a week, through pre-order only. Details regarding our pickup instructions are provided to you upon checkout.
You can also find our bread and other sourdough baked goods at Kuhlwein’s Farm Market (1859 Walker Rd., Hilliard, OH), Coffee Connections (4004 Main Street, Hilliard, OH), and various farmers markets in the area.

Our bakery was started by a mama who found a lot of joy and peace through baking sourdough for her family, and now our community. We truly appreciate your support of our small business and allowing it to change our lives and our hearts in the best way. Although we could go on and on about the incredible nourishing benefits of sourdough, it’s also our goal to remind those we serve that we get the best nourishment from the one source that truly satisfies: the love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
